在许多生日派对、婚礼酒席或公司活动中,总少不了桌上的重要主角——蛋糕。随着蛋糕成为人们经常品尝的食物,许多烘焙师开始发挥个人创意灵感,在蛋糕的造型和口味上增添新点子。时下推出的蛋糕已不再限于吃,还可以用来看动画、用来玩出新花样,怎么回事?一起来瞧瞧。

今年9月,本地的“Eat Cake Today”(简称ECT)举办了首届蛋糕展,让一众烘焙师向来宾展示造型出众的各款蛋糕和烘焙艺术,彰显蛋糕甜点的艺术水平和潮流趋势。

当天摆放了各式各样的蛋糕,包括婚礼蛋糕、果冻蛋糕、马卡龙、巧克力蛋糕等等,美轮美奂,非常吸睛。

斜斜歪歪蛋糕:可别看蛋糕的设计古怪,制作之前,烘焙师需要准确计算好它们的斜度,才能做出倾斜而不致于滑下来的蛋糕造型。

蛋糕也可以玩投影技术

你能想像,当蛋糕遇上投影技术,会擦出怎样的火花吗?

光雕投影蛋糕就是如此,将投影打在5层蛋糕塔上,雪白的蛋糕表层顷刻化身成为电视,播放动画或图片,为蛋糕添动感的视觉效果。负责动画投影设计的陈文集告诉我们,动画设计可以客制化处理,在一些婚礼晚宴上,新人可按个人需求选择要把卡通或文字投影在蛋糕上,让蛋糕瞬间变得更梦幻更吸睛。

她在受访时表示,自己和丈夫平时并没有很喜欢喜欢甜食,每当家中有生日会,都没法把蛋糕吃完,就想到制作一个大家都能够享用的蛋糕,于是创造了这款极具马来西亚风味的椰浆饭蛋糕!采用印度香米、椰浆、参巴虾、青瓜、花生、煎蛋等材料,再细心设计成独特的蛋糕造型,创新的蛋糕风味让许多人对其留下深刻印象。

椰浆饭蛋糕:采用印度香米、青瓜、花生、煎蛋、参巴虾等材料制作而成,独特的造型和风味,让人耳目一新。

对于烘焙师来说,蛋糕是艺术价值的体现。为了打造一款造型美丽蛋糕,烘焙师往往需要耗上几天乃至两星期的时间去完成制作,但只要想到人们看到美丽蛋糕而惊艳的一刻,就觉得值得。

Something different. Hubby thought it was gross but I personally love it.

The cake itself was delicious. But the lava was too runny. If only the chocolate lava was thicker it would have been better.
