Cancellation of orders
Yes, you can cancel your order up till 24 hours before/prior delivery date with the condition that the baker has yet to prepare your cake. In the case where your cake preparation has started, we will not accept any cancellation after and the buyer shall decide on necessary amendments with our customer service representative. For cancellation refunds, we will refund the amount paid in the form of in-store credits for your next purchase, no bank transfer is allowed.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your item upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If complaint is made a day after the delivery date, we will not be responsible for full refund or exchange of new cake due to many factors can be affecting the cake quality, taste and overall presentation. Partially refund will only be made as per case basis.
Replacement of cake
In very rare occurrences, should a cake be unavailable after you have purchased the cake, we will substitute the cake with the next best cake possible with the same or closest value.
