The cake sponge is so much soggy and full with liquid . When cut the cake, liquid come out from the bottom of the cake .
I used to order a lot of this cake previously.
But the last two times it was disappointing. The quality has dropped tremendously.
Please bring back the previous quality. Else no more new orders from me anymore.
Need to left out the cake for thaw before serving because it delivered as frozen.

The texture is awful.
When cut the cake ...very hard to cut it and many colleagues felt it too sweet also. Like the sweet person is accept the sweet for the level.

My family loves it. The black sesame cream is very rich in black sesame taste - tho abit sweet with after 30% reduced sugar option.

Ordered this cake after seeing these review, but the cake was super disappointing, tasteless, cake was hard as well. The color of the red velvel cake was more brown and looked really dull like it was stale. Honestly wasted.
No cake knife was provided. I received the cake only with a candle. How am I suppose to let the bday person cut the cake without a knife? Ask her to use her teeth to cut isit? Common sense la. Cake was okay, too sweet. No gonna buy from here anymore.

Cake is deliciously made without being too chocolatey sweet. Sponge part of it? Soft and light. Everything was on point.
