糕定女人第二个胃

在刚过的九月,欧洲时尚圈迎来次年的春夏高级定制时装周,与此同时,吉隆坡 “Eat Cake Today” (ECT)则透过类似平台,展示今年的热选蛋糕及2020年的蛋糕流行趋势。
这里除了有造型唯美的法式蛋糕、可爱俏皮的翻糖造型蛋糕和豪迈不羁的爆浆蛋糕,还有时下人们最为之疯狂的 “珍珠奶茶爆浆蛋糕” 和 “咸蛋烧焦芝士蛋糕” 等。

不久前,ECT于 “2019年蛋糕展” 活动中,向外界推介各式各样前卫独创的作品,其中包括各款蛋糕、甜点、巧克力艺术及糖艺等,将蛋糕甜点业时下最流行及未来的潮流趋势,展示人前。ECT董事兼执行长洪文钞指出,ECT不仅集合了四十多家蛋糕业者,提供种类繁多的精美蛋糕,并与年轻有为的蛋糕师合作,他们之中有数位更是该领域的国际奖项得主,造诣非凡。

“蛋糕展让民众能一窥今年和来年的的蛋糕潮流走向外,也让大家一饱眼福,欣赏烘培艺术之美,若反应热烈,我们将每年举办此活动。” 洪文钞补充。活动当天,来自 “3C Lab” 的蛋糕师傅,张镐维、张韵博以及陈美玲,于现场大显身手,为大家示范和展示精淇的世界级巧克力艺术和拉糖工艺。这三位才华洋溢的糕点师傅将与ect合作,研究与开发精美的法式蛋糕。

陈文基是 “Ennoble by Elevete” 创办人,他以网上行销方式,出售源自欧洲的 “Moist Cake” (湿润蛋糕)和马卡龙。在这次的蛋糕展中,推出独创的新产品 “爆浆蛋糕” ,他透露,此产品灵感来自 “脏脏面包” 。 “我的爆浆有好几种不同口味,酱汁的原料也不同,例如珍珠奶茶爆浆蛋糕的酱汁,是用波霸奶茶上的 'Cheese Foam' (奶盖)和鲜奶油制成,蛋糕体则用台湾茶叶的茶水来制作。其他口味的爆浆,则用鲜奶油加巧克力酱或浓缩椰浆加马六甲椰糖等制成。”

由于陈文基师傅的哥哥从事 “光雕投影” 技术行业 (Projection Mapping ,也称为立体光雕,是一种投影技术,即将物体变成影像投影的显示表面。物体大至建筑、戏剧布景,小至任何物品),让他突发奇想,利用此技术结合蛋糕,创作出 “Projection Mapping Cake” (光雕投影蛋糕)。他补充,光雕投影蛋糕最下层的蛋糕体已达20公斤,足够全场的人士食用,因此,上两层蛋糕纯属摆设。

The taste is unbelievably good. As someone who always love chocolate-based cake, I once thought that I will never ever like other flavor but who am i kidding? This butterscotch is THAT good!
