Dry and not soft taste

Disappointed with my second order. The cake had a dry texture and wasn’t soft, tasting like an old batch. I raised concerns about the expiration date, but Eat Cake Today dismissed my issue, providing only a written confirmation from the baker stating the cake was fine. Poor handling of customer complaints. I will not reorder and do not recommend Eat Cake Today based on this experience.
