The light chiffon pandan cake is layered with salted caramel gula Melaka and generously filled with caramelised coconut shred. my gf loved it but anyway its quite expensive for the size of the cake and also it was too sweet
I would definitely say the cake is not so sweet - perfectly good for non-sweet tooth, Cake is very dainty & would nicely feed 4 adults. The gula melaka taste is not prominent. Instead you can primarily taste the coconut above pandan & gula melaka. Unfortunately, I may not repeat for a 2nd order due to the price, taste & size of the cake.
The cake was very nicely done. However, it was too sweet.
Got this for a friends bday and zero complaints!
