Please keep the cake refrigerated (0-4 °C) after collection and allow the cake to sit at least 3-5 minutes before serving. The cake can be refrigerated for maximum 5 days however it’s advisable to consume within the day of purchase.

Alcohol and eatcake today service

Alcohol tasted too strong. Can’t really taste the cake Eatcaketoday was good. They honoured their delivery and admitted the mistake despite it may be rider or the bakers fault. Kudos.

Very strong rum taste. Delicious, but adding a little more cream (the white portion) may give a better blend.

A Well-Balanced Cake

If you skip past the crushed almond brittle on top (more on this later), this fairly unique take on a Malaysian-flavoured cake with pastry cream frosting resulted in a dessert that was, surprisingly, not overly sweet or cloying. So many bakers working with Gula Melaka as an ingredient tend to forget that this palm-sweetener has a pretty loud flavour profile and it can drown out pretty much everything else. I don't taste that happening here. The well-balanced dance between fruity banana and toffee-note cake layers doesn't outshine each other, resulting in morsels that are non-cloying.

But ignore the crushed almond brittle topping at your (gustatory) peril! This adds a welcome layer of texture to what can be otherwise a somewhat very moist cake. Arguably, the topping is magnitudes sweeter than the cake layers themselves, but they are, once again, used in just enough quantities to greatly lift the eating experience and make this cake a winner in my book.

Not too sweet, just that the cake is not moist enough. Overall ok !

The jelly cake not only looked so pretty but it tasted good too n not too sweet. Everyone enjoyed it. Delivery was efficient as well.

It was absolutely delicious!! The cream was light & tasty. The chocolate cake itself with the alternating layers of thick chocolate was super yummy!!

Wow, I tried the Matcha Tiramisu Cake and it was amazing! The matcha flavor adds a unique twist to the classic tiramisu, and the cake itself is so light and fluffy. Definitely a must-try for any matcha lover or dessert enthusiast!
