Bought this for a birthday of my friend. Paid the cake 4 days prior the birthday. Noticed that I had a significant typo in the message but couldn't edit. E-mailed eatcaketoday.com and requested to edit the message. They notified the baker. And then on the morning of my friend’s birthday, I e-mailed them again because I had a bad feeling that the baker did not even bother to change the message. The e-mail representative reminded the baker again (don’t know whether she really reminded them or not!)
BUT!! End up, when my friend shared the message card, NOT A SINGLE WORD WAS CHANGED. Super disappointed. My friend said the cake was super pretty and delicious too, but I mean I paid a lot for the cake but why can’t you guys be more alert with customer’s minor requests? Hence thats why no 5 stars from me.
