Posted by Eat Cake Today on

Just shy of two months old is Madeleine Bistro, sibling to the popular Madeleine Patisserie and Madeleine Café in Sunway. This latest establishment to the group of eateries is located in Oasis Ara Damansara, and although fairly new, it has accrued a huge fanbase of dessert lovers. This comes as no surprise since Joanne Yeong, Head Pastry Chef to Madeleine’s team of talented pastry makers and graduate of Le Cordon Bleu, achieved the title of Pastry Chef of the Year 2015 at the World Gourmet Summit, and that title alone vouches for Madeleine’s high standards of quality products. A small and compact little spot tucked along Jalan Telawi 2, Jaslyn Cakes would be hard to miss if not for the amazing aroma of freshly baked cakes wafting through the air and leading you gratefully towards it. Jaslyn Rangson, who trained at the reputable Le Cordon Bleu London, previously supplied cakes to Wondermama. Now, she churns out her popular sweet delights using the same high quality ingredients and a heightened sense of experience, but within the comfort of her own establishment. A lovely,...
