There was an instruction note on the box saying that for slice cakes I should thaw it for 45 mins at room temperature and 2-3 hours for whole cake. So I bravely left the cake out at room temperature for 2-3 hours thinking the cake was frozen when I collected it (because the guy didn't say anything as well). The caramel sauce/ water ended up leaking out the whole cake and the cake was just horrible to consume at room temperature because it wasn't even frozen at the first place. If the note was for generally all cakes, honestly don't stick it at all cause it's confusing. The flavour isn't anything to shout for either.
