Honestly, I was quite skeptical to buy this cake as I was worried that it won't be as rich as the normal cake. But since some of my family members are vegetarian for this month, I had no choice but to buy a vegan/vegetarian cake. I'm glad I chose it as it was quite delicious and fresh. My sister who doesn't like vegetarian/vegan cake was enjoying it while my dad who isn't into deserts had 2.5 slices. But yes, taste preference can be quite subjective.
My parents loved the cakes. Not sweet and just right amount of frosting.
