Overall taste of the cake was good and my family member love it. The only disappointment is the message on card. It should be replaced with a new card since the alphabet was wrongly written instead of scribbled it. It doesn’t look good on the card.

Generally a pleasant enough experience if you have not had it for a long time. . I would have loved 30% less cake, the cake too be a little denser , a lot more ripe bananas 100% more) and a little more cream (10-15% more) in the sandwich filling. I would also have liked 200% more toffee in the sandwich filling. The coating of cream on the outside was also a little thin - could have done entirly wothout the outside coating and let the sandwich filling ooze through. I could hardly find the toffee throughout the cake... I would have liked many swirls of toffee sitting on little banana platforms on the top rather than the little pops of cream. Not a huge cream fan . For me , it is the banana , toffee and a little cream that makes the best Banoffee. You could have tried a coffee cake too - its pretty good. The web site did not allow for customization at all . Too bad. Overall the sweetness level was ok.
