The sweetness of the cake is perfect. Suitable to who doesn’t like to eat too sweet chocolate cake. The chocolate in the middle layer added credit for this cake.. yum yum
Overall the cake is nice with good balance of spice. As my personal preference, I like it slightly more acidic like those in sour cream in USA. But considering the local taste in Malaysia, this is one of the excellent carrot cake.
