The cake was moist with an authentic taste of matcha. The overwhelming red beans filling went perfect with the green tea cake.
In the beningging, we saw it was not sweet with a twist of what cakes are like. It has the Matcha bitter in there which matches good even after heavy meal (people do serve the cake after the meal).
