The cake was moist with an authentic taste of matcha. The overwhelming red beans filling went perfect with the green tea cake.
In the beningging, we saw it was not sweet with a twist of what cakes are like. It has the Matcha bitter in there which matches good even after heavy meal (people do serve the cake after the meal).
The cake texture is a bit wet. The taste of the match and red bean is so prefect. Overall I've received lots of good feedback from my guests.
It's not too creamy and not too sweet. Perfect timing with the perfect cake!
