The baby blue icing attracted me to get this cake, it didn't disappoint. Opted for Belgian Chocolate flavour, we really liked it.. it was fudgy, soft & the right sweetness.
The jellycake was so pretty! The top floral part had a konyaku jelly texture and was almost tasteless. The bottom was lychee jelly with longan in it and tasted good. If eaten together you get a not so sweet jellycake.
Not overly sweet and well textured. Delicious with well made icing.
Deliciously chocolatey without any bitterness. Creamy mouse. A perfect birthday dessert! TQ for prompt delivery too despite stormy weather!
