Chocolate Sponge Cake Recipe
Part 1 Ingredients:

  • 4 egg yolks
  • 20g sugar
  • 50g corn oil
  • 60g milk
  • 15g cocoa powder
  • ½ teaspoon chocolate emulco (optional)
  • 75g flour

Part 2 Ingredients:

  • 4 egg white
  • ¼ teaspoon lemon juices or ¼ teaspoon cream of Tartar
  • 60g sugar

Procedure:

  1. Start with Part 1. Whisk egg yolk with sugar, then add in corn oil and continue stirring
  2. Pour 60g milk and stir with the mixture, then add in cocoa powder to continue mixing it well.
  3. Add in cake flour and mix well till it’s smooth. Set aside and we will do Part 2.
  4. Add lemon juices or cream of Tartar into egg white, beat till it’s foamy. 
  5. Gradually add in sugar into the mixture and continue whisk it till it’s stiff peak. (Don’t over whisk!!)
  6. Now take ⅓ Part 2 Mixture and whisk to mix well Part 1 Mixture till it’s smooth
  7. Add in the balance of Part 2 Mixture and continue stirring it till it’s light and smooth.
  8. Lastly, pour the batter into your baking pan, bake in a preheated oven at 140°C for 25 minutes. Increase to 170°C and continue to bake for 25 minutes. Once done, remove the cake from the cake tin and here you go, Chocolate Sponge Cake Recipe!

No Bake Chocolate Cheesecake Recipe
Ingredients
For Fillings:

  • 300g Dark Chocolate
  • 250ml Double Cream
  • 30g Cocoa Powder
  • 400g Cream Cheese
  • 100g Sugar

For Base:

  • 398g Oreo cookies with fillings
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
  • 8 tablespoons melted butter

Procedure:

  1. Start with the base first as we need it to be hardened first. Crush the oreo into crumbs. Stir together Oreo crumbs, melted butter, and cocoa until it’s evenly moist. Transfer to the prepared pan and flatten the crumbs. Freeze for 30 minutes.
  2. For the fillings, melt the dark chocolate and 8 tablespoons of double cream together. While melting it, stir it to smoothen the mixture. Set aside to cool down.
  3. Whisk the rest of the double cream till soft peaks. Next, sift in the cocoa powder and fold it through very gently. Add in the chocolate mixture and mix well till you don’t see any white streaks.
  4. Now beat together the cream cheese until smooth and shiny. Then add in the other mixture and carefully fold the whole mixture till the colour is even and the ingredients blend well.
  5. Lastly pour the mixture atop of the frozen base and smoothen it. Freeze it overnight. Walah! you will get a no-bake chocolate cheesecake recipe for breakfast tomorrow!

Chocolate Brownies Cake Recipe
Ingredients:

  • ½ cup unsalted butter (melted)
  • 1 tablespoon cooking oil
  • 1 ⅛ cup fine sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • ½ flour
  • ½ cocoa powder
  • ¼ teaspoon salt

Procedure:

  1. Mix the melted butter, oil and sugar till the sugar is dissolved. Then add in egg and vanilla extract and whisk it for about a minute till the colour looks lighter.
  2. Sift the flour, cocoa powder and salt into the mixture. Fold it until it’s smooth.
  3. Pour the batter into a baking pan that is lightly greased. Smoothen the top. If you like nuts or you want it more chocolatey, do add some nuts or chocolate chip
  4. Bake it in the preheated 175°C oven for 25 minutes.
  5. Leave it at room temperature to cool down before cutting it! Here we go, fudgy delicious brownies.
