Seri muka is a Malaysian steamed layer cake (kueh) made of a glutinous rice (thai sweet rice – sticky rice) layer steamed with coconut milk and topped with a sweet pandan custard layer. The pandan leaf provides the green layer, although some people add green food colouring. It’s definitely Malaysians’ favourite kueh for all.

Please keep cake refrigerated (0-4 °C) after collection and allow the cake to sit at least 3-5 minutes before serving. The cake can be refrigerated for maximum 2 days however it’s advisable to consume within the day of purchase.
