Overall strong taste of unique Cham taste and good texture, but would be perfect if less sweet.
The last time I tried this wonderful cake, I do not recall it having the bottom ‘jelly’ layering. I prefer it, the way it was. What I did was skipping the bottom layer.
It taste good and delicious with the Cham fusion concept for cheese cake. Just the caramel layer on top is abit thick and not really eat well with the cake.
