The Coupe du Monde de la Patisserie Award-winning Executive Pastry Chefs, Chef Chong Ka Wei and Chef Lawrence Cheong together with Chef May Ling who won a bronze medal in the FHM Culinaire Malaysia Competition - jointly they have been responsible for creating some of the modern and innovative French pastries and cakes in Malaysia.

The chefs at TEXTURE specialise in creating contemporary pastries which are apparent from their final output. A combination of their passion for patisserie and artisanal skill creates high standard delectable bites that celebrate the tradition of bringing people together.
