Inspired by the French Tarte Au Citron, this ultimate classic French-style lemon tart has a pastry shell made from scratch with a creamy lemon flavoured filling. It consists a well-baked almond tart base and smooth lemon curd filling, alongside with lemon cream, Chantilly cream and edible flowers. A perfect hint of lemon for a refreshing taste that is balanced by silky cream and crunchy buttery tart base to create an explosion of flavours.
This tart is baked by the Award-Winning Champion of 2016 Asian Pastry Cup, Chef Pang Yun Kian which specialises in classic and modern French desserts. All cakes and desserts made from scratch using the premium ingredients from around the world. There is no added artificial flavouring and preservatives for any of the cakes or desserts.

Cake care instruction
Please keep the cake refrigerated (0-4 °C) after collection and allow the cake to sit at least 3-5 minutes before serving. The cake can be refrigerated for maximum 2 days however it’s advisable to consume within the day of purchase.
Edible flowers will be alternated by other deco options subject to availability.
The tart was delicious. The base balanced the tartness of the lemons nicely. I wish it were much bigger though
