I have ordered thid hazelnut chocolate cake but the shop delivered the wrong cake (hazelnut crepe cake)to me. I asked the shop to replace back the correct cake to me immediately but they cannot make it on time. I ended up celebrating the birthday late with the wrong cake as it was a office celebration which i cant back the whole office to wait for the cake. I have asked for refund / compensation for the wrong delivery of cake. The customer service had agreed to give refund 25% from the cake price but until today i still haven’t got any email for this!
The cake was delivered in a good condition. So delicious and will order it again!
