Rejoice for Ramadan is here and Raya is near! This year, The Skinny Bakers have prepared you a special cookie box filled with our delicious cookies. But the highlight? Our Cornflakes Gula Apong cookies, which is our own little twist of the cornflakes cookies but instead of honey we incorporate both our cookie dough and Gula Apong; a type of palm sugar where it can only be obtained from the sap of the Nipa Palm tree, only to be found at the coastal lines of Sarawak. Giving said cookie a distinctively sweet yet salty taste.
