Not fluffy and it's mushy. Feels like eating banana slice more than cake.
There's also too much cream on cake
Too much coconut cream; had to scrape some off. Banana cake had very faint banana taste/smell; it tasted like a mixture of wet uncooked dough and pure processed sugar. That said, this may be due to it being a gluten-free cake. Our thoughts are that this cake is not suitable for corporate orders due to the fact that most people enjoy and are used to a flour based cake.
Bought this as a farewell gift for someone who’s on gluten-free diet. The rest of us tried the cake and love it! The cream a bit extra but taste good. Recommended
The cake is very inclusive as it gives the illusion of rich cream without actual cream. There was something off about the cake - probably the vegan bit. But the cream was delicious and rich - a massive hit with the lactose intolerant.
