Excellent balance!

Decided on this to celebrate the birthdays of our September 'babies'. It was well worth the price.
We all agreed there was a perfect balance between the salty caramel buttercream and the sweetness of the cake(which wasn't over the top sweet). My only grouse is that, there wasn't enough of that buttercream between the layers! Nonetheless, beautiful cake xx
