The common ingredients used in this cake are widely accepted in Asian countries that would never go wrong. This chiffon cake contains fresh pandan juice which provides natural fragrance of the pandan at its best. The inner part of this chiffon cake is filled with premium buttercream from New Zealand and aromatic gula Melaka.

This cake is topped with gula Melaka caramel and pipped on gula Melaka and pandan flavoured buttercream with sprinkled fresh coconut flakes beautifully - just the right amount to enhance the flavour and texture to the cake. No sponge stabilisers or preservatives added for this cake. We bet nothing does it better with our all-time favourite Malaysian flavoured cake.

Overall good cake but...

The cake was delicious and nice just that we feel that it was a bit sweet. A reduced sugar would be good or perhaps just drizzle the gula Melaka at the top instead of entire layer since inside there's already gula Melaka as well.

Satisfied.... the cake itself is full of pandan leaf flavour and adding real gula melaka really doubles the flavour of the cake.... super delicious
