Hi-float helium balloons float time tested indoor in an air-conditioned room with a temperature of 18-20c.

Please keep the cake refrigerated (0-4 °C) after collection and allow the cake to sit till room temperature before serving. The cake can be refrigerated for maximum 2 days however it’s advisable to consume within the day of purchase. Helium balloons float time are greatly affected by temperature. Float time will be shorter outdoor. Please do not leave them in a hot or warm environment.

Cake was damaged upon arrival

I think cakes should be delivered in cars not by bike. The balloon that was supposed to come with the cake had burst before it arrived at my house and the cake was damaged. The price of this cake is high for its size which was small. The cake itself was overly priced for such a small sized cake. The inside middle layer was so frozen, the knife could not cut through without use of force. It was hard to bite and very cold inside. Had the temperature been right, it would have tasted better as taste wise it was ok with the right sweetness.
