One of the most prominent classics of French pastry, a Saint-Honore inspired tart. This classical tart made of crunchy almond praline as a base topped with a dark chocolate sponge. The salted caramel whip surrounded with salted caramel choux puffs filled with pastry cream. A pastry lover's dream tart and utterly heavenly to eat!

This tart baked by the Award-Winning Champion of 2016 Asian Pastry Cup, Chef Pang Yun Kian which specialises in classic and modern French desserts. All cakes and desserts made from scratch using the premium ingredients from around the world. There is no added artificial flavouring and preservatives for any of the cakes or desserts.
