Everyone at the party loved this cake. It was not too sweet and tastes really good.
It's a bit over-sweet and the cake was too dry.
The Hitam Manis is a nice western/Asian fusion cake as there is black glutinous rice in the cake. Makes this a very unique cake. Tastes good, not too sweet and a hit with our group whenever we order this cake.
