Cake tested bitter and sour. Jelly was bit melted. Bin more than consume. Very disappointed not only with the cake and also the response from your customer service when I made the complain.
This cake was spoiled the birthday celebration and we all were shocked when open up the box. Obviously the cake is completely different from the previous order no matter taste or texture. This is a repeated order and the cake was so nice that time.
Can see clearly from the photo, obviously the pandan is over and the taste is bitter. The “jelly” is melted and we all can’t take more bites at all.
Please look into this seriously and I dont think can order again with this kind of cake.

Believed the cake was defect during the delivery time but overall the cake taste not bad but is consider sweet for the elders.
The cake was a gift from me to my parents. I didn't gey to taste it, but my parents loved it and said it's not too sweet, which is great.
The cake was also delivered on time as promised.
