This cake combines dark chocolate Cremeux, raspberry compote and milk chocolate pearls for an extra rich flavour. It's made up of an almond hazelnut praline crunch base that create an intense and subtle nut flavour, filled with a deliciously moist dark chocolate sponge and cover the whole cake with the bark-like texture of chocolate ganache whip. It's adorned with some chocolate crumbles and beautiful elements which represent the Everland's extraordinary magical garden. A showstopping finale cake to serve up during this holiday season!
This cake is baked by the Award-Winning Champion of 2016 Asian Pastry Cup, Chef Pang Yun Kian which specialises in classic and modern French desserts.
