Please keep the cake refrigerated (0-4°C) after collection, refrigerate at 1 hour before serving / freeze at least 20 mins before serving. The cake can be refrigerated for maximum 3 days however it’s advisable to consume within the day of purchase.

Overall the cake tastes good (not so sweet) & do have coffee taste but too much mousse. Should reduce because top & external rounding of it are cream / mousse. Messy when servicing / cutting......

A father's day treat

The cake was moist and the mousse delicious. I was only surprised at the singular line of hazelnuts which outlined the actual cake, versus the amount shown in the picture. (So it looked like a simpler version)The nuts needed to be crunchier and applied more generously.
