Cake

Overall the cake tastes good (not so sweet) & do have coffee taste but too much mousse. Should reduce because top & external rounding of it are cream / mousse. Messy when servicing / cutting......

A father's day treat

The cake was moist and the mousse delicious. I was only surprised at the singular line of hazelnuts which outlined the actual cake, versus the amount shown in the picture. (So it looked like a simpler version)The nuts needed to be crunchier and applied more generously.
