The cake is hard & not moist!

Eventually I am only purchase arcordingly the reviews, reviews not bad for this cake but maybe I'm the unlucky one.
The cake is cute, but the texture is dried & hard, not moist at all, n the buttercream are too sweet no matter for kids & seniors. Ended up it's all tasted one bite & goes to the trash bin. This is a very unhappy shopping experience for me.
