Loved that the lemon taste is not too overpowering. Loved the poppy seed pairing. It’s a refreshing and not too heavy for the tummy type of cake.
The cake is moist, even though i ate one day later. The poppy seed adds an interesting texture, the cake wasn't too sweet, but could do with a stronger lemon taste.
