The delivery was planned to reach my friend's place by 4pm, I was in a meeting and my phone was not with me at that time. They could not reach my friend and missed called me for 4-5 times. I thought they would just leave the cake there and then. But they did not, they called until my friend picked up and ensure the cake got delivered. This is a service that I would say, Above and Beyond!
